Fantastic service, friendly and professional staff, accommodations were kindly made and given. I had an early morning appointment, unfortunately I ended up in the Emergency Room with a family member and had to cancel. Late that afternoon I freed up, called and asked if there’s anyway I could come in before they close and get all new tires put on, as well as them using the “High Pressure” mounting balancing machine for these heavy duty truck tires I needed installed? They said yes, come in now and we will get you done ASAP! They weren’t kidding, in less than an hour I was outta there, back on the road ready for my upcoming trip to Montana! Every single staff member I encountered stopped, took the time to greet and welcome me, and ask if there is anything they could do, just ask, while also offering refreshments, or coffee. Their shop and waiting room and bathroom, was extremely clean and well kept. I highly recommend them for all your tire and service needs. They do a lot more than just tires!! They also have their history in pictures labeled, and mounted on the wall, sharing their family and long history serving the citizens of Las Vegas. I really like family owned business like this, that take personal pride in what they do, and their genuine courtesy towards their fellow Las Vegans! Well done!!

Ted Wiens auto service is the best garage for my 2003 Chrysler van! They are knowledgeable about my car and take care of the issues concerning it. I'm treated with respect and courtesy, so appreciated! Definitely recommend this garage for great service!

The worst experience I have ever had at Ted Wiens!!! I had a nine am appointment. The guy told me that appointments do not matter we are backed up and you will have to wait for 2 and a half hours.So I did.They were suppose to do a tire rotation with the oil change.They said they did.After I got home I looked and the tires had not been rotated!Also I paid for an inspection of the car and on the receipt it just said car inspected.Nothing about what they found or did not find.Really shabby awful work.The Ted Wiens on the other side of town where I used to go would never have done that.I always got treated good there.I am very disappointed.I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Took our import hybrid in for an A/C problem. The system was charged but not cooling. I paid a $330.00 diagnostic fee and was told after inspection that numerous components including compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and drier were recommended to be repaired/replaced to get it working again. Took to a dealer service dept for a second opinion and was told only compressor and inverter needed to be replaced. I had the dealer techs performed the work, they charged hundreds of dollars less than Ted Wiens, and the A/C system now performs better than ever. So, the diagnotic I paid for was innacurate. Ted Wiens either just subjectively guesses what's wrong during a $330 inspection, or tried to extract every dollar they could from us by unneccesarily changing parts that weren't a cause of the problem. Either way, I won't go back after an experience like this. Beware.

They refuse to give a price quote over the phone for brakes and when I get here tell me I need pads and rotors which is upwards of $1,000. And that was an hour sitting here waiting now I have to wait for my alignment which is a lifetime alignment that is the only plus. Only come for a lifetime alignment if you're keeping your car for a few years ... I called back Big O Tires and they quoted $606 out the door ....
