I was referred by my mom to come here. Brandon and his team are super honest and they do not lie to you about the work that needs to be done! I went to Firestone complete auto care on Pecos Ridge Parkway because that’s where I have been going. I went there because my AC compressor stopped blowing cold air so Firestone told me after their diagnosis that I needed a new air compressor, expansion valve alot of extra work done to my car total came out to $3133. So I took my mom’s advice and I went to TM auto and they told me I only needed a new compressor and for it to be charged! I literally saved over $2000!!! I’m so thankful for TM Auto and there honesty! I will NEVER go to Firestone again! Damn and to think all the work I have paid for at Firestone when more than likely I didn’t need it! Thank you Brandon and for your team for everything and they got it done in one day! All the guys at TM AUTO deserve a RAISE for their hard work and honesty.

T&M Automotive is the most honest, friendly and goes over and beyond for their Customers. I encountered T&M during a Roadside Service request that Subaru of Las Vegas commissioned them to aid my elderly Mother with her car. They made the entire experience pleasant and efficient. T&M Automotive will be our automotive service company from this day forward!!!

10/10 Amazing experience with this shop. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I only wish I lived closer to have them work on all my vehicles. We were on our way home from vacation and passing through Vegas, when my F250's injector pump went nuclear. When every other diesel shop was booked two weeks out, these guys made themselves available to fix it within 2-3 days and even had a mechanic come in on a Saturday morning to complete the job so they could get us on our way as soon as possible. Excellent communication through the entire process and priced very fairly. Big thanks to Nick and Glen for all their efforts to help us as much as possible. I hope these guys are around for a long time.

Nick! Thank you for taking care of my sister Teri and her mustang! We are far from each other and can’t always be there to help. She loves that car so much. I'm not exaggerating when I say that T & M Automotive saved the day for me and my hubby, visiting from Tucson. On the last day of our vacay, our car barely started and the RPMs read zero. We jumped on Yelp and we were so very lucky to have chosen T & M. We drove there without an appointment at noontime. Brandon listened and immediately stopped what he was doing to check our car. He diagnosed the problem as a crankshaft position sensor, ordered a new one and assured us he'd get it taken care of that day. This was HUGE for us and meant we were able to return home, without having to get another hotel room. We were on the road by 4 pm, and the car ran as expected. We got home that night feeling so incredibly grateful to Brandon and the team of true professionals at T & M. The price was fair, as well. I know this is a long review, and I appreciate it if you've made it this far. It's not often that I encounter a business that takes such incredible care of their customer. They take pride in their customer service and they absolutely should. When I looked at the invoice, I saw their tagline at the top - "We'll Hurry When You Need It!!" So true.
