A big thank you to super Mario tire shop my car tire 🛞 popped And I went to discount tires. They quoted me for $127 and their customer service was very poor but gracefully my husband googled super Mario tires after speaking with the gentleman on the phone, he was very pleasant and quoted us immediately at a great price talk about quantity and quality in one stop and they were just eight minutes away. We were able to go there, and they greeted us Welcoming and immediately started to work on our tire. Awesome customer service and We would like to say thank you to Ramsey- His customer service was awesome, fast and efficient. He didn’t just put any tire on our car. He made sure it was a great looking tire. That still have quality in it 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an honest reasonable shop please stop here. Thank you. I had an incredible experience with Super Mario Tires when my rear right tire blew out on the 95 West just past the Jones exit. I didn’t have a spare and there was no way to tow my car to a shop, so I looked up the closest tire place and found Super Mario Tires. They sent someone out immediately, and within 15 minutes I had help right there on the freeway. That meant so much to me because I don’t have family here in Las Vegas, and being stranded with my daughter was really stressful. At first, I accidentally gave them the wrong tire size over the phone, but they were so understanding. They sent a second vehicle with the correct size without any hassle. For now, I opted for a used tire, but when I’m ready to buy new ones, I will definitely go back to them. I’m extremely grateful for their fast, professional, and kind service. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road safely!
