Phenomenal customer service and affordable service as well! My dealership was oiling me with the prices and the lies they said I needed not knowing I’m aware of some mechanical engineering. They only wanted to make a buck but Sun Auto Service did well and this is now my primary spot to service me Jeep. Honesty and understanding goes a long way!

I chose this shop because of the positive recommendations and reviews I found on Nextdoor. Before my appointment, I called and stopped by to ask a few questions about the A/C diagnostic process so I would know what to expect. The employees I spoke with did not know I already had an appointment scheduled for later that week. Unfortunately, those interactions were not very welcoming. My questions felt brushed off, and one employee came across as dismissive rather than helpful. It honestly left me questioning whether I wanted to bring my car here at all. However, because I needed a Saturday appointment and the reviews on Nextdoor were so positive, I decided to keep my appointment. When I arrived for my scheduled 8:00 a.m. appointment, the experience was different. The staff I dealt with that day were friendly and professional. I was told the A/C diagnostic would take about an hour to determine what repairs, if any, were needed, and I let them know I would be waiting. By 9:00 a.m., my car still had not been taken back, so I asked for an update and was told it was next. About 20 minutes later, I saw it being driven into the bay. Roughly 30 minutes after that, they explained the problem and how long the repair would take. I can't say whether the price was especially good or bad, but a quick comparison online showed it was right in the middle of the typical cost range. I also appreciate that they are open on Saturdays and that the repair came with a two-year warranty. My biggest criticism is the communication and scheduling process. Waiting over an hour after my scheduled appointment time before my vehicle was even taken into the bay was disappointing. Delays happen, but customers should be informed rather than left wondering what is going on. I only received an update after I went to the counter and asked. In hindsight, I probably should have checked in sooner—I was likely more patient than most customers would have been—but I still think the staff should have proactively communicated the delay. Overall, the repair appears to have been completed properly, the warranty is a plus, and the Saturday hours are convenient. I just think the customer service before the appointment and the communication regarding appointment timing could be improved.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had a long list of specific services I needed for my Lexus. They were friendly, professional, and went over my entire list before starting the job. I highly-recommend them.

I want to esp thank Keith for helping get my radio/map/ac display screen replaced through car shield. Keith did all the hard work dealing with car shield for me. Also did a great job installing new screen. I totally trust this shop. They were all very kind and polite. I think I found a place where I can trust they will take care of my car!
