From the moment I walked in, he made the whole process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He took the time to explain what my car needed without any pressure, which I really appreciated. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both the work and the customer experience. You can also tell the entire team at Sun Auto Service is hardworking and committed. Everyone was focused, efficient, and respectful of my time. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but this place definitely earns it. I wanted new eyes on my car. I love PepBoys but sometimes I felt like I paid too much for stuff. I found a Groupon for a full oil change and new filter for $49.99 at Sun Auto and decided to try it out. Check in was simple and easy. They took my Groupon first so it was nice knowing they'd just do my oil change and not try to shake me down for more. They rotated my tires too! They quoted me an hour and it was done in just a little over but still quick. A lot of the stuff PepBoys have asked me to do didn't come up in the inspection Sun Auto did for me. No complaints from me here. Will definitely come back here!

One of the best referrals I've ever received - working with Chris and Edgar was incredible. Although, I would have preferred to be anywhere else but their auto shop, the past two Mondays, they made sure all my needs were met. They were patient and explained everything I needed to know to ensure I was safely back on the road. There was a small issue after I left the first time, but when I called to explain what I was experiencing I was told to bring my vehicle back without hesitation. Once there the technician checked everything out Edgar explained an additional issue that was causing the problem. I decided to have everything fixed. After the technician took it for a test drive Edgar took the time to drive my vehicle before returning my keys to ensure the shaking I felt was no longer there. And, I must say once I got on the road my vehicle felt like a brand new car. When needed I will be back and I will refer friends and acquaintances to this auto shop, as well.

Im a Disabled Veteran and its not as easy for me to get down and crawl around under my car as it used to be. My o2 sensor needed to be reattached and Cole made sure I was taken care of. The team reattached the sensor for me in just a few minutes, at no cost. The folks here care about their neighbors and could have very easily charged for their time and diagnostic but they chose compassion instead. 12/10 would recommend.

After a blowout resulting in driving on a donut, I called and was able to bring my car in the same day. Edgar answered all of my questions and didn’t push to sell me things I didn’t need. He helped find a great price on my new tires and helped me plan my “next steps” for budgeting some other repairs i need. I found a reasonably priced garage I can trust. I’m super grateful for that. Thank you!!
