If I could give a zero, I would what they did to me was horrible. They lied to me. They didn’t even check what I asked to check. They told me that they flushed my system, which was an absolute lie cause when I looked in my my radiator system it was full of dust and dirt and it wasn’t even halfway full. They did not replace the radiator cap because he said I didn’t need one. He did not replace the thermostat which is what he paid what I was charged For. They did not show me the work that they did. They then said oh you were right you do need a coil pack we just don’t know which one and wanted to charge me and outrageous amount for it which I denied because I already felt that I was being lied to and I didn’t appreciate that. Therefore, I’m going to sue after I speak to him tomorrow I already left another post please do not take your vehicle there if you want to be ripped off and lie to I don’t know what step I’m going to take next, but I refuse to be ripped off. I’m a single woman and this is not Acceptable. Everything anything and everything that he said to me was a lie and absolute lie and then 15 minutes later, my engine light came back on, so don’t go to Sun auto on blue diamond don’t go to any one of them if if if you really want your car to be safe and I also will be contacting the lead head Manager whoever that may be and I will be contacting a lawyer because everything they said was a lie and nothing was done. I’m not a fool when I looked into my radiator where you put the water. I can’t think of the name right now. It was full of dirt and it wasn’t even halfway full. I have a Dodge charger hemi 5.7 they’re very delicate and I’m very upset right now and I’ve never had this happen to me and he will be accountable for it. Do not take your car there and that’s what I think of your service you will be hearing from me again you will not be paid as a matter of fact, I may be suing you if there’s any damage that has been done to my vehicle by your negligence and you’re lying to me about what she said you had done, which hadn’t been done. I do not put up with things like that. It’s absolutely unacceptable and it should not be tolerated amongst this community your son Automotive is a disgrace.

These guys were amazing! Both my front and rear tires on the driver side have three puncture holes. They are very helpful, I ended up replacing all four tires with their recommendation and got a good deal as well! . Super smooth transaction and they're very transparent with pricing wtc.Another nice thing was they open at 7:00 a.m. whereas other places around opened at 8am. I will recommend them to any good. I was able to take my truck there and get it back the same day the crew does a great job. Scott The service manager is the nicest guy ever you saved me a lot of money today! I trust Suns to always give me an honest quote. I had another Company tell me my AC was going out and many other items when I took it here and they Ran a diagnostic they confirmed that the AC was working great they replaced my battery and were able to just replace the knob on the AC . Highly recommend the blue diamond location.

Worst place I ever took my vehicle definitely do not recommend I am a dodge hellcat owner and this place literally just brought more problems to my car I had brought my car I brought in my car due to service of thermostat to be change they diagnosed my car and said my fuel pump was out left my car with them to get my problem fixed which they didn’t even fix anything I called them the first month on a update they said my part for this car was on back order and had no estimated time for the part but that they would keep me updated which they didn’t !! I had to call a few times again person that answer the call first said my car was ready I can come pick it up while I was on my way to go I get a call back that the car was not ready that there is still no estimated time for my part since it’s still on “back order” on the the 2nd month I went there and popped up to do a check up myself and get updated and they first tried to hand me someone else’s car keys and said nothing was wrong with my car ? I had to tell them how is that possible if I brought it in for overheating ? And your mechanics yourself a told me my fuel pump was bad ? Definitely showed me there no communication between them and there clients then had another guy come and tell me there was still no estimated time for my part for my car I took my keys and towed my car out of there because no work was done to my car while being parked there for 2 months !!! Took pictures and recorded all the extra damage by leaving it with them my car was out in the sun for 2 months building dirt on the outside that can be damaging to my paint and they killed my battery on my car couldn’t even start it but was told it is still in driving conditions ? Like how do you even know if the battery has been dead obviously shows you haven’t even checked the car ? And noticed my neutral lever was damage by the way they just pulled it didn’t even know how to pull a neutral lever on these cars ? If I can give them a zero I definitely would!! I took my car to another mechanic shop and right away was able to get me my parts with no problem shows how much sun auto dedicated to get these parts nothing but a waste of time there I highly recommend to try other shops before taking you car here just adds more problems to your vehicle than fixing them !!!

Scott was amazing! Not only did the technicians do my oil change and filter replacement. They did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle. Scott took pictures and videos and sent a report directly to me while also discussing all the important details. I’m very grateful for their work and would recommend their services to anyone. The office and restrooms are also very clean, which is pretty rare for an auto body shop!
