Mr. Ismael and Mr. Santos took great care of my car during its needed routine oil change. I am glad they were able to take me in 30 mins prior to closing time to help me out - they did it fast and efficient! I brought in my own oil and filter for them to use- turns out that I got the wrong oil filter (oops) and they swapped it with the correct one for me. They are honest men and honest great people. I am definitely taking my car here again since they really impressed me with their timely service and made me feel welcome when arriving there! Thank you guys for everything

Don't trust these guys for anything more than a simple oil change. Ive had previously gotten work done here and had no issues, it's now been $3,000 worth of work on my car within the last couple months. I like to actually post after a few times going to a place to get a real feel of their integrity. But unfortunately I recently had a bad experience with one of the mechanics. Santos recently changed the catalytic converter both front and back on my 2013 Buick Verano. I provided the part (this wasn't the first time i brought him parts to change). What i don't appreciate is him failing to let me know that he couldn't do the work, he made modifications to my car that weren't approved. Also my muffler now keeps scraping on speed bumps due to the inappropriate install. The check engine light kept coming back on so he asked me to bring the car back so he could look at it and fix the issue. The 02 sensors hes changed now 3x, I now have an exhaust leak that needs to be looked at because the part doesnt fit correctly. He knew this from the beginning. When I asked Santos what he did with my old part ( I was hoping he'd be honest, I already knew he scrapped it for a little extra cash) he lied and said it had gone in the trash with a smirk. Now I can't even get the original from GM because I don't have the core. Update: Ive had the issue fixed by a reputable muffler shop, cost me another $1,000. They did the job right in front of me within an hour, and the catalytic has a 5yr warranty. Most importantly theres no more scrapping!! Santos had quoted me $1750 to do the same job again stating the parts would have a 1yr warranty. Like they say " when someone shows you who they are, believe it"

Needed to check the brakes and Mr Brake didn’t fit me into the schedule after missed appointment. This shop seen me right away and gave the inspection free. Great service and will be my auto shop for all future auto repairs. Great prices for oil change!! Great customer service. Thanks for the great rebound after the let down from the previous shop.
