2014 Ford Edge. Sister took my mothers Edge to the Ford dealership. AC not working. Ford quoted $6,500 because the entire system needed replacing. LOL. Only 69,000 miles on the vehicle. Told my Sis to just pay the diagnostic fee and leave. Heater worked, the fans worked and the blend doors all worked after a simple reset. Still No cold air though. After looking myself, the ac condenser needed replacing. Took it to Star Auto, did not say anything about what was needed, and they saw that only the condenser needed replacing and the serpentine belt should be replaced as well. Approximately $1,000 later, it all works perfectly. Refreshing to know there are still honest businesses out there. A friendly, honest and knowledgeable place gets all my business now.

View on GoogleDon't even want to give one star, but it made me. I sat in the waiting area with my daughter for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment, and they weren't busy at all. The guy would look over at us and then walk away.
