I absolutely love the hospitality Ms Mai and Johnny as well as the owner showed me and my family. They made us feel like family they did an amazing job on our vehicle and was finished way earlier than expected.. I loved loved Ms Mai she is so amazing customer servicing this world always smiling even through the phone 🤣 but she’s amazing with the updates and ect. Overall great service from this auto shop! An amazing hospitality from Ms Mai, as she was able to take care of me as quick as possible, she’s very kind. Scott and Sandy were amazing as well, able to advise me what needs to be fixed first and also helped me look at parts that were cost-effective while not breaking the bank too much for my Hyundai Sonata. Everyone there treated me like I was part of the family and were very truthful during my time at the auto shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!🙌🏾🙌🏾

Oh my goodness! I can not say enough great things about May:) she is heaven sent! The shop does great work and Scott is a good man at heart you can tell. Now May is icing on the cake… her face is the first one you see before any service is done and it’s quit refreshing. She exudes great customer service, and although shes the receptionist she’s very knowledgeable of the mechanics behind the car services too and she’s very transparent about what Sun Auto can and cannot not do to service your vehicle. She also takes really really good care of repeat clients. God bless you May & everyone at Sun Auto!

Devin the service writer was amazing in his knowledge of automobiles and directed me to the problem for my car. He put one of his best mechanics on the job and found a hole in an air intake hose. Devin's great attitude amd complete professionalism was 5 star. It feels good to not be lied to and just fix the problem. I highly recommend the sun auto brand for all your auto needs. His partner Paul was very nice and confident that my car issue will be handled quickly and professionally. Please thank all that worked on my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop. Awesome staff, honest, and reliable. Took car in for a second opinion after Tire Choice on warm springs did an oil change and then said that all 4 brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced as well as the left front CV shaft. Safe auto care let us know that the brake pads had about 40% life left and that the cv shaft was fine but that the boot cover was just starting to leak. They also quoted a price that was almost 40% cheaper than tire choice to do the cv shaft replacement. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Highly recommend.
