When you are out of town, away from your trusted mechanic...then you have some issue with your car, you get worried. That is where we were at yesterday. I thought we were needing to replace front brake pads on our 2016 Kia Sorento. So obviously worried that any place we went to, would see the Wisconsin plates and tell us...Yes, we need new front brakes, but also rotors, the calipers are bad...and anything else they could think of adding. Well, not the case here! Martin...was incredible! They removed the tires, checked the brakes, put the wheels back on, took it for a test drive...did all of that, then came back with... We were good to go...The pads were fine and just making noise with the existing rotors. We are safe to drive with what we currently have and didn't need to replace any parts or do any work. And, after all that...they didn't change us ANYTHING! What incredible customer service! Martin and everyone at REVOLUTION ...We WILL be back with anything else we need done. We can't thank you enough!!! The Mannings!
