I couldn't ask for anything more. Ive had issues with shops in the past so I've dreaded the time to come i need to take a car to the shop again. And unfortunately my mother's AC stopped working and I cant fix that so had to find a place. I tried doing my best by checking reviews and looking up who works on the specific car brand since its not a brand anymore. I find this place and they were amazing. I will continue to take her cars n even my cars here in the future when things come up. The girl ( I think her name was Iyana but I have a bad memory ) at the front was very sweet and helpful. She kept me informed the whole time while they had the car. Told me when part would arrive and when they'd get to installing it etc. Then I think it was Billy the manager or head mechanic was helpful n very knowledgeable. Again super nice. They might be a few bucks more than other shops but im telling you id glady pay even more for the service I received. He even had me bring her car back a couple weeks later just make sure all was good. I couldnt ask for more and am so glad to have a shop now that I can trust.

Red Rock Repair is one of the most trusted places I’ve ever taken my car, and my father was a mechanic with his own shop! Over the decades I have been a driver, having lived in a handful of states away from my father’s service shop, I have come to know some truly awful car service experiences. Some overpriced, some sloppy, some actually trying to take advantage of me as a girl and then woman. If you have ever wondered if you’re getting the best service you can for your money, this is the place you need to go. I have now been taking our two family cars to Red Rock Repair for two years. I love their incredibly detailed analysis that typically involves videos to show things we wouldn’t otherwise see (like something under the car). I love that they present recommendations with priorities and never pressure me to have something serviced I’m not ready for. The front office staff are easy to interact with, very communicative (email, phone, and text are available) and the service is always quick! Because I had a car seat kid and lots of parental responsibilities, it’s a weight off me to have a service that is fast and easy. I trust their work when it’s done and it always comes with a warranty they are ready and willing to honor— which includes a 3-yr brake package I recently had to cash in on. Additionally, if I need a service they don’t cover (new paint, for instance) they make great suggestions! I truly feel taken care of and valued as a customer of theirs and it means a lot being away from my dad’s. Thanks, shop team!

Spent nearly $5k here for some maintenance and routine work on my diesel truck in prep for a road trip. Things such as, but not limited to: all fluids, suspension bushings, repairing oil seeps, carrier bearing, etc. I had somewhat of a blank check to get it ready for the long haul so that I can have a seamless family experience. We do lots of cross-country roadtrips from sea level to 12k+ ft. in elevation, freezing temperatures to 120 degrees, places with no reception, and everything in between. I wanted it done and done right. I paid for a comprehensive diagnostic and dye test, which included a report where I can accept or decline repairs. I accepted everything besides the fuel filter change (I did that myself and saved almost $500 since it was easy access on top of the engine bay). My biggest issue was that I don't believe the comprehensive diagnostic and dye test was done properly. For example, the tech seemed to have missed that I was leaking oil from the oil pan and said the oil seep came from the front oil pump seal. The picture that they served as evidence was oil leaking near that spot. Going in with trust first, I accepted and paid nearly $800 for that specific repair (which I have reasons to believe may or may not have been done since it required removal of many parts including the radiator, fan, etc. which I don't think was done) only to find oil leaking in that same spot. When I brought it back in again, they said it's coming from the oil pan. If that's the case, then how can they confidently say that oil leak was from the oil pump and suggested I needed it replaced? Second, my fuel pump was leaking diesel through the weep hole, which was engineered as an indicator to let us know the diaphragm or some internal part has been damaged. Leaving it as such caused diesel to continue spilling into the valley of the engine and could cause fuel to mix with the oil. I noticed this before I brought it in the first time, and it wasn't caught until I brought it up the second time I came in. They just said to do some research on the part and let them know. I did, ordered the Ford Motorcraft part, and did the fix myself. Third, the vent hose for the rear diff was left unplugged and dangling. Perhaps during the rear diff fluid exchange or during the leaf spring shackle/bushings work, but it was plugged in before. I know this because I took pictures before and after. A bit sloppy. Forth, the wrong transmission pan gasket was ordered for my truck. For my specific year, it uses a rubber gasket that is reusable. The one ordered was an aftermarket paper-based material. This caused leaking. I went in again to get it fixed, and they said it was the bolts that needed tightening. I continued to see leaking afterwards, and after doing some research myself, I went back in again and asked if they can get the rubber one. I would pay extra for the right one if needed, but they took care of it for me and there are no more transmission leaks. Lastly, I paid for all fluids done, but they actually missed doing the engine oil change. I only noticed this because I went under to check and saw the same old oil filter. Service manager verified with the tech that it wasn't done, and they offered to do it for free, so it got squared away. All in all, I just feel like it could have been done more thoroughly. I would've paid whatever was needed because I just wanted a one-stop shop that I can trust. I'm at a point in my life where this matters the most to me. Overall, I had a positive customer service experience. Billy was consistent with communication and updates. They were also helpful for when I had to come back several times for repairs due to their mistakes. I would recommend this shop, and I personally would come back again, especially because of the positive customer experience, but I feel like it would be a "trust but verify" relationship for me since some critical things seemed to have slipped.

Incredible and HONEST experience. Rarely leave reviews but was blown away by the transparency and customer service. Photos of the inspection is a great way to break down exactly what is needed and why! When it’s hard to trust honest recommendations and work it’s nice to know that there are still shops not looking to take advantage of their customers.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The service advisors did a visual inspection of the car and documented this via text to me as well as documented what needed to be done for my approval. The shop is professional, clean and customer oriented. It was a pleasure! I look forward to being a returning customer. Thank you
