I’ve been here twice now, and both experiences were amazing. Ray, Vald, Tiffany, and Vanya are incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about their customers. They are very honest with pricing and never try to overcharge. I drive a Mini Cooper, and they always use the correct, high-quality parts for my car. They even show me the parts (like I got my oil change and they showed me they are using Japanese oil, and I recently replaced my engine mount and it is from German) and confirm with me before starting the work, which makes me trust them even more. Another shop quoted me $4,000 for my front bumper, but Ray fixed it for me as a courtesy when I was getting my oil & break change. That alone shows how honest they are. I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly recommend this place. They are trustworthy, professional, and kind.

Some time ago, we brought our AC issue to Ray and his team. After driving the car for some time, we brought the car into the shop to determine where the leak was coming from. Ray walked me through a few options and explained the best course of action. Unfortunately, replacing parts would have been a complex job—one better suited for a dealer or an AC specialist—due to the effort required to access the affected areas. In the end, I opted to use refrigerant with stop leak, as the leak seemed small based on the ink spatter. Ray and his team guided me through exactly where to add it while they assisted, making the process much easier to understand. Overall, I give this shop 5 stars. They were helpful, welcoming, and generous with their time as I asked all sorts of questions. Keep up the great work, guys!

The employees here are very nice, attentive, and communicative. I was given water and even got some espresso while I waited. Ray is honest and knows his stuff when it comes to auto repair.
