What ever happened to building customer relationships? I took my 2009 mailbu to Purrfect Auto due to my car overheating. Now granted I went here only because it was convenient and I didnt want to drive car while overheating. Ramon was not very approachable when I entered. I told him I needed diagnostic on my vehicle and he said it'll be 185.00 😳 minimum I've paid for a diagnostic is 125.00 and the most 150.00 definitely over priced. I did not recieve a call or update after 5 hours soni called and spoke with Ramon who informed me that my vehicle was giving out 9 different codes and he first needed to focus on the overheating. They determined my waterpump was leaking because there was coolant around it and my coolant reservoir tank also leaking. The repairs were approved but then o reviewed a text that said "Again I’m just gonna repeat my self the check engine codes are not gonna be resolved with the overheating repair "( I copied and pasted this from the text btw) I told him that is fine. It felt a bit pushy to me. Now back to building relationships. With my vehicle throwing out so many codes at no point was I offered a full estimate or a deal but I definitely was nickle and dimed for the overheating issue. When i dropped off my vehicle my ac worked just fine, guess what, it doesnt now. I was told that if my car ran hot it could have affected the ac. 31.00 to use a debit or credit card is ridiculous cause who carries 800 in cash. I find it sad that we need these services but we as customers are treated like cash cows instead of humans. Its clear I have an old car so I can't afford a new one let alone over priced services to be accompanied by a non working ac in Vegas heat. Thanks Purrfect Auto

Brought my car for a smog check. Was quoted about 30 minutes. In less 15 minutes the front desk lady called my name and told me that it's done. To say that I was surprised is to say nothing! These guys are awesome! Very quick and efficient. This is what the customer oriented business should look like. Thank you guys! Keep it up!

I brought my wife's car for a smog test on a busy late Saturday afternoon. No appointment, walked in. Was greeted by a very nice girl at front office. They honored the advertised coupon for it. It took about half an hour in total. Very pleasant experience. Will highly recommend to others. The smog tech did an outstanding job. Customer service was great. Thank you.

I was at the neighboring 7-Eleven looking to get some gas when I realize that my gas cap would not pop open to be able to put the nozzle in and I was able to talk to Ramon and without hesitation he went to troubleshoot my issue and got my gas lid to pop open so I could get the gas I needed to get to work. I Was set up to have a pretty bad start to my day, but the honesty and the willingness just to help me made all the difference this Place has good people

We’ve been loyal customers of Purrfect Auto (specifically the Durango & Russell location for years) they aren’t close to us by any means, but worth the drive!!! In the city it’s hard to find good mechanics who are honest!!! We’ve found that here!!! They’ve always been honest with us and worked with us on our vehicle needs! They aren’t pushy and never try to sell you on something you don’t need. From big fixes to simple oil changes and everything in between we know we can always trust Purrfect Auto on Durango and Russell to do a great job!!!!
