Something didn't feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion and brought my vehicle to Pro Collision Center. That decision made all the difference. Karla and Rob stood by me and helped navigate a difficult situation with the insurance company. They provided a clear, accurate, and guaranteed estimate that showed my vehicle was repairable, and they never backed down. Because of their knowledge and willingness to advocate for me, the insurance company ultimately covered the repairs instead of totaling my vehicle. Pro collision rocks!! I can’t even begin to tell you how absolutely amazed, I was with this company. I am so happy that I chose them to do the work on my Camaro . Rob at pro collision is the most reliable and trustworthy person I’ve ever dealt with. He went over every detail of what he needed to do to get my car back to tip top shape. I was worried that they weren’t gonna be able to match the paint that I had gotten done two years prior at a different place. Not only did they match the paint but ,Rob had them buff and fix the prior bad paint job(fisheyes/orange peel) on my ENTIRE CAR!!! FREE OF CHARGE!! Who does that?? PRO COLLISION!!!! That service would’ve cost me $600 anywhere else. Like I said, I can’t say enough about the wonderful service and care I received. Rob and his entire staff are talented, hardworking, responsive individuals and truly have earned my trust and respect. I’ll never go anywhere else for auto repair . I’ll recommend them to anyone who is in need of quality auto body care. You guys made my 2011 Camaro look brand new again.
