I had a great experience with Paul's Auto. They literally saved the day for me, and went the extra mile to make sure.my Mini Cooper was repaired & paid for by the warranty company just a day before the warranty was set to expire...a repair I had been trying to get done for over 6 weeks by Pep Boys, who gave me nothing but the run around. Every person I dealt with at Paul's Auto was friendly, professional and helpful. I never felt taken advantage of, and I got the distinct impression they operate with high integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family.

Paul’s auto service is the TRUTH! the only shop in Vegas that I will continue to go to. I have taken all of my cars to John, he is the only mechanic that I’ve met out here in Vegas who is honest and knows what he’s doing. and Michelle at the front desk is always very kind and makes you comfortable in knowing that your vehicle is in good hands.
