I first let discount mount and "balance" a set of new tires. Had to come back to them the next day and asked for a road force balance. They let me leave and same thing. The red flag was they "road force balanced" in less then 15 minutes all 4 tires. Same shake. So I cane to Paulo's and in 5 minutes on the road force machine we found that discount tire let me leave not balanced. The tire was also mounted incorrectly according to the road force balance machine. Thanks again Paulo!

They quickly got me in and out, and their attention to detail gave me peace of mind on the road. The service was top-notch, and you can tell they care about their customers and their cars.
