Nevada Auto Center

Just sued this company here in Vegas. They kept my truck almost two months and sold my original parts to fix an issue they actually never fixed. Owner Jayson doesn’t care about anything. Never reached out. Never asked what happened. We paid up front and they called police after handing us the keys because we wouldn’t release our rights to sue them. I’m now left with a $30,000 truck that doesn’t drive anymore. Let’s see what the court has to say because this situation is extremely alarming. They will take your money and never call you back again. Francesco the mechanic doesn’t even have the right to be in this country and he is ruining American trucks. This is so sad.

FINALLY!!!! An honest MECHANIC family owned and operated local mechanic NEVADA AUTO CENTER !!! They have 5 locations, the location I went to was so convenient, 12 minutes from my home. W well let me start by saying I was greeted by a very nice respectful young man by the name of Alan. I had a Groupon for an oil change and a 32 point inspection. I am hesitant about taking my car to ANY mechanics here anymore due to being lied to by each and every one of them and ripped off!! Well not here!! They were amazing, Jerry did the oil change and 32 point inspection. When he was done I was sent both text and email a video detailing and showing what did not pass the inspection and needed to be repaired. Alan gave us time to review everything then he personally took the time to explain everything as we watched the video together. ( he didn’t know this at the time, I already knew it had an oil leak and exactly where it was, and I kind of thought I knew what needed to be replaced, I was wrong on that part.) so I knew he was being honest. He addressed every issue I was having. Jerry even came and explained and showed me physically what needed to be done and gave me cheaper options to try first. I was so appreciative of him trying to save me money, especially now days. So we came up with a plan and started to put it into motion today! At an amazing price for everything I need done, which let me tell you is alot and I knew it was going to be! THANK YOU SO MUCH THE GUYS ALAN AND JERRY OF NEVADA AUTO CENTER!! So if your looking for an honest local family owned auto repair shop this is the place to go in my opinion! Thanks again guys see you soon!!

They are pretty fast got me right in and out for an oil change. Daniel was very friendly and great at letting me know the conditions of my truck. Great business will be returning in the future.

Total and complete scam. I brought my car in for a handful of repairs. They WAY over-quoted me for the A/C compressor. The manager, Luis, said that I could pay one of their Techs under the table to fix it rather than replace it. He said that it would definitely hold it over for at least a year. I told him that I wanted to think about everything overnight. The next day, I got a text asking to Zelle him for the compressor work because he already had it done. They still had my car, and I couldn't move it without towing, so I reluctantly paid even though I had decided to decline the service. A week later, the compressor burst, which destroyed my serpentine belt in the process. When I reached out to Luis about it, he claimed that he had told me it probably wouldn't last long (a flat-out lie). Don't go here unless you want to be scammed. They'll lie through their teeth just to get your money.

Brian was very knowledgeable. I came in with Groupon for an oil change but honestly need my car looked at. They are very knowledgeable of European cars and have some pretty reasonable quotes for service I definitely will be back to service my car with their recommendations!! They are Veteran friendly!!
