I saw MVR on Tiktok advertising classes to teach women about car care and was immediately reminded of them when my car broke down last week! I had saved that video to return to if I ever needed car service in the near future because I loved that a place would offer a class like that. Upon calling them last Tuesday I explained what was going on and the first gentleman I spoke to was very kind and informative and reassured me that they would be able to diagnose my car upon getting it towed there. After looking at my car they sent me the most thorough diagnostic I have ever received with corresponding photos and videos of everything that they found. I was very appreciative of all of the detail that they put into it. After receiving the diagnostic I spoke Ardi the next day and he thoroughly explained every portion of the diagnostic they sent me, detailing the top priorities and the lesser concerns and explained to me in depth each section. Unfortunately the necessary repairs were out of our budget so we held off on moving forward with repairs but I am grateful for the service that MVR did provide for us. Upon picking up our vehicle, my partner again interacted with Ardi and had nothing but amazing things to say about him. He is kind and truly a great person to work with and we would definitely use MVR again.

They gave me a ride home when i dropped it off, and they picked me up when it was done. Good Friendly people. When they had do to more work they called me and spent 15 minutes to explain it to me 3 different ways until i understood what was going on. Very transparent and kept me updated for the entire process. Also the car works great👍🏻

They also provided pictures and videos of all the issues. I am very happy and satisfied with the quality of service, the professionalism, and the transparency they provide to their customers. Ardi was very apologetic and offered a discount if I returned, which I did because the shop is close to my house. Ardi recommended some standard maintenance items but after discussing my car's history he recommended getting the services after about 10,000 more miles. Ardi was very friendly, easy to deal with, and seemed honest. I will definitely consider bringing my car for service in the future.
