Mr. Brake

This place has literally been here my whole driving life and I only just recently heard of it. What an outstanding experience I had! My rough idea quote was spot on and there were no surprises. The best prices I have ever been given for brakes. Mark was professional, as was his team. Rear brakes in and out in under 45 minutes, start to finish. Go here. Great experience here. They replaced my rear brake pads quickly and the price was very reasonable. They were honest and didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. Honestly my experience with Mr. Brake was nothing but exceptional. I was visiting Las Vegas and desperately needed my brakes replaced on my BMW. He was super professional, very kind, and even took me back to show me exactly what he was doing. What really stood out to me was his honesty. He told me I did not need to replace two of the rotors, which saved me money, and he was very transparent with pricing the entire time. The job got done quickly and he even mentioned a “no squeak guarantee” and sure enough, the brakes never squeaked. A few months later after a lot of road tripping, the car still feels great. What impressed me even more was after I noticed a brake light come on later on. I called him and instead of brushing me off, he reassured me there was no danger and even offered to have me come back in free of charge to check it out. I was no longer in the area, but I genuinely appreciated that gesture. You can tell he really cares about people and takes pride in his work. Overall I felt like this is someone who truly puts the customer first. Very knowledgeable, honest, caring, and great at what he does. I could not recommend Mr. Brake more to anyone who needs brake work done.

By far, the most ethical, honest, and professional automotive shop I've ever used. Recently, the Honda dealership told me I needed $1,200 in ball joint and boot work. I almost fell for Honda's hustle. Instead, I took my car to Mr. Brake. Not one, but two suspension experts inspected my car for Honda's claim. Mr. Brake experts even showed and demonstrated to me that there was no issues that Honda claimed. They also checked my brakes and tested my brake fluid. Everything was fine. Suggestion: before you go, make an appointment. My experience with Mr. Brake was outstanding, and I highly suggest them for brakes and suspension work.
