Great mechanic! Got my truck a/c issues diagnosed by Shilo this afternoon. He evacuated the system, pulled a vacuum to remove all the moisture then recharged it with the correct amount and type of refrigerant. That was all the work I was quoted for. However, upon realizing there was still an issue with my system he took the extra time to investigate and find the source of the problem. Turns out my compressor clutch needs to be replaced. He took the extra time to explain how an a/c unit works and gave a list of options to correctly fix the issue. Despite the compressor issue my a/c is blowing 40° air when it was blowing hot just prior to Shilo's service. He also adjusted the final price based on the actual amount of refrigerant used. He didn't overcharge based on the pre-approved quote. Just my opinion but if a service tech goes above and beyond and exceeds your expectations, do the right thing and give them an appropriate cash tip. The service provided is worth much more than someone delivering a sandwich to your table and recommending a 20% gratuity. I'm just saying.

Last week I had a car issue and decided to use Automotive Solutions since I was in a bind and couldn’t take time off work. Shilo came out and helped me. He could have told me anything and I would’ve had to go with it, but instead he did a full diagnostic, explained everything clearly, and fixed it at a very fair and honest price. The whole process from my call in the morning, squeezing me in, the visit, were professional and efficient beyond my expectations. Its extremely hard to find that kind of honesty in automotive repair these days. Really appreciated it. A+, would and will definitely use them again.

Full transparency on explanation of the issues, work and costs in advance. Pricing is competitive with other auto shops and may be even better. You can expect knowledgeable, friendly, TRUSTWORTHY service. No need to worry about work being suggested that’s not needed as with MOST auto shops anywhere. This was my first time hiring a mobile mechanic…so convenient! Actually makes dealing with auto issues a little less painful. I highly recommend Shilo! A total pro!

The best auto service experience I’ve ever had! I needed my brakes serviced but couldn’t leave work and Shiloh with Mobile Automotive Solutions came to the rescue. The entire process was smooth and I truly felt taken care of. As a woman, there’s a fear of being taken advantage of because of lack of knowledge when it comes to car servicing but Shiloh took his time to explain everything he was doing from start to finish. Well, Dangit guys!!! I’m sorry in advance, but here goes my positive rant! I have been having on again off again problems with my daughter’s 2016 Ford Escape. First it was a MAS sensor, which I replaced myself, then it was a MAP sensor (initially)…Knowing something bigger has got to be happening, I got worried and decided I needed a mechanic. I asked O’Reilly Auto Parts for a recommendation. Without hesitation, I was referred to Shilo’s company, Mobile Automotive Solutions. Funny enough, he happens to be a mobile mechanic on top of it and came to my house!!The workers inside O’Reilly swore by him and highly recommended I give him a call. He came out next day (luckily there was a cancellation in his schedule). Long story short, he did have to come out one more time as when he was out the first time the light was not on and prior codes weren’t reporting properly and he wanted freeze frame data. Once he came out the second time, light was on, and he was able to narrow down his search window for the issue. It’s fixed!! He was able to find the issue very quickly once he knew what was going on with the car. He was unbelievably communicative, showed me everything, explained what to do in certain situations, checked out another issue on another vehicle for me, didn’t make me feel dumb for the questions I asked, etc. Ha master mechanic, certified, and KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!!!!!! He has YEARSSS of experience and has done it all in his past. He is honest, reasonable and I have found a mechanic for the remainder of the time I live here. His way of doing business goes a LONG way with me. THANK YOU SHILO for everything. The trust I lost from being lied to and cheated out of money from other mechanic shops (yes, I’m serious, a few times it did happen…) has been restored with Shilo. I’m now a customer for life, that quick!!!! Do yourselves a favor and just use him. Don’t second guess yourself, just do it.
