Found out I had a nail in my tire and most tire places were closing since I got out of work late. Thankfully I found Melendez Auto Services and Tires that is open 24 hours. They were very helpful and attentive despite being busy. The gentleman that took care of the tire was very nice and took care of the problem fast. So thankful for their help and it was a good price too.
View on GoogleExcellent service!! Earlier this evening, I suddenly got a flat rear tire thanks to a nail or screw puncturing it. I checked online for a tire shop that was still open in the evening. Luckily for me Melendez was nearby. I drove slowly and carefully to their shop and they popped on a nice used tire in like 5 minutes, all for only $51!! Would totally recommend!!
View on GoogleI was there today to fix a tire. Customer service is terrible. They won't even say hello, thank you, etc., even if you greet them first. Never seen anything like that. They will meet you with an attitude as if you are trying to hurt them. They did fix the tire, but did not return the air valve cap to its place. I had to drive back when I noticed that. And of course did not say sorry. Never be back to that place. Mr Meléndez, please do something about it. You just lost a customer!

Very quick and efficient at a low price. Will definitely recommend and if I ever have any future tire troubles, I will visit again. Thank you guys for the superb job done!
View on GoogleEarlier today I came to check if something was wrong with my vehicle, my serpentine belt was screeching like crazy as I would turn the wheel or step on the accelerator I asked the gentleman take a look and see what may be wrong and why it was making the noise it was making, this mechanics poor judgment almost led me to spend money that could have caused more damage to my pockets, this man didn’t even bother to try and tighten or loosen the serpentine belt. He was quick to tell me in my face and say it’s a faulty alternator. I didn’t feel as if that were it especially because everything I’ve invested in was new. I could’ve went to get a new alternator and would’ve wasted my time filling this greedy man’s pocket because he saw me as a quick lick, please friends and family be cautious and be aware of bringing your vehicles in here I don’t ever plan on coming back for services here especially after today. My situation is now fixed thankfully but I’d hate for ANYONE to waste their time or money that is valuable to whomever so please be safe out there. And also always try and get a second opinion as is. Thanks but no thanks.
