When I first reached out, they seemed very helpful, I told them my issue and they said they would come out the following day. When the day came for them to show up the mechanic never showed up due to the merchant getting into a car accident. They did apologize for the inconvenience and offered the a discount on both diagnostic and repair. When I brought up the discount again he said he would only be for the diagnostic, I do have a voice recording of him saying it was for both. But I let it slide. So he then told me to purchase the parts then schedule when I received them. He said he was able to do Sunday 10am. I agreed. I took an Uber this morning and also communicated that I was running late and that I would be arriving by 10:08am. I got no reply. When I finally arrived I was hoping he would be here. Nope nobody, and still no reply from nobody. I waited over an hour for anything and it is now almost 12pm and still nothing.

He diagnosed the problem and tried to get us the best possible estimate.He ordered the parts needed and sent us the receipt for what was purchased. He scheduled us for the next morning and let us know his mechanic named D would be out. D was awesome great customer service and got the van running in a decent time. I am happy with this business and will be using them for my vans needs in the future.
