Horrible experience. I bought two used tires from this shop in December. At first, I was happy because they charged $50 per tire. A few months later, one of the tires started slowly losing air. I took it back and was planning to buy another tire, but they immediately removed my tire and took it to the back. They came out and said there was a nail in it and offered to patch it for $20. I agreed. Two days later, the same tire was still losing air, so I returned. Again, they removed the tire and took it out of sight. When they came back, they claimed there were multiple nails in the tire. What seemed suspicious was that the nails they showed me didn't look like typical road punctures—they looked like they had been driven straight into the tire. Then they wanted $25 to patch it, which was more than the first patch. At that point, I asked for another used tire instead. Suddenly, the price was now $60 instead of the $50 I paid before. I agreed just to get the issue resolved. What really made me lose trust was when one of the employees told me my brake pads needed replacement. The problem is nobody had inspected my brakes. I was standing next to my car the entire time, and no one removed a wheel or checked anything. I'm a DIY mechanic and replaced my pads and rotors myself last year. When I got home, I checked them and confirmed they still had plenty of life left. Trying to sell brake work without even inspecting the brakes is a major red flag. Once a business starts making claims that aren't true, it loses my trust completely. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Be cautious, ask questions, and don't take their word for it without verifying the work yourself.

View on GoogleStopped for air in tires as I could feel they were low. I know that free tire air is a courtesy so I tipped as usual. Got home and decided to check the pressure with a digital gauge (the employee was using the pop-up gauge on the pump head). 55, 55, 53, 43 PSI moving clockwise from front left. 32 is the recommended PSI. Well, at least they weren't installing new tires... Yikes to that!
View on GoogleOverpriced products in the customer service is terrible, Regardless of the obvious language barrier, I never seen technician so rude and arrogant just a very unpleasant unwelcoming feeling it’s like they take your money and then kick you out the front door. Try to give them a chance, but never imagined I would be so disappointed.
