I was a man that had an issue with my 2012 Mini cooper countryman as of 8am yesterday. After contacting Las Vegas Mobile Auto Repair, I am no longer a man with a car issue. I called, Isaac answered and made an appointment with me at my residence three hours later. Super friendly from the onset. Showed up when he said he would, super personable and friendly as well. Boom, immediately diagnosing the car. I stood there while he diagnosed and estimated potential issues out loud. Like in real time what makes sense to him makes sense to you. Anywho, he took another 15 minutes or so to establish a possible thermostat housing issue. And while eliminating other issues that could be present or contributing to my check engine light and smoking engine. Sent me a quote for the part and labor same day. Showed up next day with the part he picked up himself and at the time he said he would. Isaac proceeded to take care of business. Transparent with the issues and prices surrounding them. Definitely more than reasonable with the labor price. And also he’s just really nice and interesting, so that’s sweet when you’ve already got stressful car problems. I swear by it, when I have car issues in the future, I’m calling Isaac. I had a P0171 code on my trailblazer and I could not get the cover off , called Isaac he came right out, next day needed him to help me again after putting the fuel injectors in , again he came right out ... Very professional , and knows his stuff... 100 percent recomend Thank you , Issaac

Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m really glad I did. They took the time to properly check the issue, explain everything clearly, and walk me through what was actually going on instead of jumping straight to an expensive repair. It turned out I didn’t need the thermostat replacement at all. Honest, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I appreciate the transparency and the way they treated me like I actually wanted to understand my car, not just pay for a fix. Highly recommend if you want someone you can trust.
