I had a great experience at J&A! I was out of town in a big pickup truck with a horse trailer, when I had a wheel bearing go out. I called J&A on a Saturday, just before they closed. They told me that they could get to my truck first thing Monday morning. Over the course of the weekend, I had to arrange getting my truck towed to their shop, and the owner communicated with me about things while he was technically off. All of this being said, I was skeptical that they would actually start working on my truck "first thing" on Monday morning. To give them credit, they started it Monday morning, and it was done and ready by Tuesday. After all of this, I was then expecting to pay handsomely for the quick service near the Vegas strip. Again, I was surprised as the pricing was completely in line and extremely fair. The work done on the truck was good and we were able to get back on the road and stay on schedule. Fantastic experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In town with my personal vehicle and the AC stopped blowing cold. I usually work on my cars myself but don't have any tools with me and can't really do anything at the Airbnb even if I did. Went to these guys blindly on reviews alone. Even told them what I thought the problem was and expected a pretty big bill and for them to have to order parts. They could have been dishonest and I wouldn't have questioned it for a second but they fixed it in a few hours after testing the lines and found it was just a small leak in the service cap. I can't put into words how much I recommend these guys after this experience. They could have taken advantage of the guy from out of town but took care of me. Please give these guys your business! Unless you are one of those customers that wants an oil change, inspection, vacuum and washer fluid for $19.99, then don't bother these dudes and go to the 1 hour drive thru place please. (I waited a week to write the review and ac is still blowing ice cold) Thank you for the service.
