My Maserati needed front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced. I called several Auto shops but they charge very high "Because it's a Maserati". I called Italy Auto Service and Brian told me to bring the car so they can give me a true estimate. He gave me a very reasonable price for parts and service. Brian and Mel treated me kindly. They even gave me a Military discount. Job well done! Thank You!
View on GoogleTook 6 months to get oil leak, radiator belt,ball bearing replacement, speedometer … in twice but never fixed ..headlight etc. I understand waiting a month or two for parts but phones aren’t answered updates not given on a timely basis. Mechanic did not go over car with me when I picked it up. I would never use this shop again. Horrible customer service I’m Taking it To another shop because I don’t trust their repairs.

Service was amazing, everyone I spoke with including Brian and Mel were very professional, quick response to text or message. I highly recommend this business for repair of Alfa Romeo or any Italian car.

I’m new to Las Vegas and wasn’t sure where to get my vehicle serviced without paying high fees at the dealership. I was referred to Italy Service by another mechanic and I connected with JR who set up a same day appointment to check my vehicle. JR right away greeted me and connected my car to the computer to see what was going on. He was able to get my car serviced the next day at a really affordable cost. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me anything that my car didn’t need. This is where I will be taking my vehicle to get serviced moving forward! Thank you Italy Service and JR.
