My wife was traveling in Vegas for work when a high pressure fuel line started leaking. I called Joey and shared the pictures of the issue and explained she was planning to head back to Phoenix that day. He listened and was confident he could fix the issue. He immediately fit her in and had her on the road within an hour, with a OEM quality repair! He also kept me updated sending me pictures before and after the repair. Thanks again Joey!

I came into Vegas from out of town on vacation with the family and ran over a curb that detached my car's engine splash shield, so I brought my car in to get it checked out. The owner, Joey, was so amazing that he offered to inspect the underside of the car and re-attach the splash shield free of charge. He even used stronger fasteners to attach splash shield and showed me pictures of any potential damage to the underside, which were minor. He was also able to answer a lot of questions and allay any concerns I had, too! Really made my day and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation with my family! This is the kind of hospitality and customer service that is rare to see this day in age. I highly recommend everyone to go to this place for servicing your car! I'd give 20 stars to Intregity Auto Service and to Joey all day long if I could! They truly do act with Integrity there! AAA+++++++++ Rating!!
View on GoogleI was referred to integrity by a friend who said they was the best in LV. I’ve heard this a million times before. I’ve been screw over so many times by dealerships & automotive shops. So I made my appointment for the next day I showed up and Randy ( co owner) took my car into service and said “give him about 30mins let my car cool down. I swear what was to be a 2.5 hr job only took him 20mins. He only charged me for a very short amount of time not the full book time. Saving me BIG $$$. I’m so shocked! This place will receive all of my business. It’s totally in the name. Integrity Auto Service. Randy again thank you for the kind service. I’m telling all my friends to ask for you or Joey.
View on GoogleHands down the best auto repair shop I’ve been to. Joey is honest, fast, and actually explains what’s going on without trying to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. Prices are fair and the work is top quality. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Also… not sure if it’s part of the service, but Joey might be the cutest mechanic in town. 10/10 would trust him with my car again.
View on GoogleWe have been traveling cross country from Florida and we needed to get an oil change and check over the car, and specifically have our brakes checked, . I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me right in to check over the car. They were super friendly and I felt really comfortable with what they had to say. The cost was incredibly reasonable and overall I would absolutely go there again if I needed with done!
