Frank's European Service

This place may have a good reputation, but businesses can fall short of the mark. I made an appointment for a Friday morning to get my brake fluid replaced. When I dropped my vehicle off there were no issues. I was told they would contact me with status updates. From Friday morning until Monday morning I DID NOT hear from them one time!! I was never told they were keeping my vehicle overnight nor the entire weekend. When I arrived Monday morning to pick up my vehicle I learned my vehicle had not been touched!!! This place kept my vehicle ALL weekend and didn't work on it!!! It was brought around to me and I go to get in and see that my vehicle is now completely dirty from being outside all weekend! To be fair I was offered a car wash. After having my vehicle neglected for a weekend, I quickly declined the service. A few weeks later I received a thank you card in the mail. Usually I would find that to be a classy touch. Not so much when they made a HUGE mistake and no service was done!!! They obviously do not know or remember cars that have been brought in for service. Clearly they don't keep up with the ones they didn't service either!

Shane was a pleasure to deal with and exhibited the kind of professionalism that I appreciate immensely. Frank's was recommended to me and after some research I decided to take my daughters Discovery Sport to them for brakes and an oil change. Costs were significantly less, the lobby was professional and more in line with what you find at a dealership and the job was done right the first time. I have always utilized the Land Rover dealership for service, moving forward it will be Frank's European Service.

I had an excellent experience with Frank’s European Service. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The shop was clean and well organized, and they even offered me coffee, which was a nice touch. They also provided transportation to and from the location, which I honestly did not expect. What really stood out was their communication. They kept in touch promptly and were very detail-oriented throughout the entire process. My visit was on December 31st, and because of the holidays I fully expected things to move slowly and assumed I’d need to leave my car there for a couple of days. To my surprise, they handled everything efficiently and had the car picked up the very same day, which I couldn’t believe. I’ll admit the level of attentiveness briefly raised an eyebrow, simply because service like this is so rare these days—but it was completely genuine and backed up by results. The pricing was professional and fair, with everything clearly explained. Diane was especially great to work with—very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what she was doing. This is the way service used to be 20 years ago. Frank’s European Service is one of the rare few businesses left that truly understands what real customer service looks like. Highly recommend.

My heart filled nothing but gratitude for this shop. They went above and beyond to accommodate my financial deprivation. I made my micro payments as best/fast as I could and Frank was patient and understanding to my situation. My Volkswagen will always get service from Franks. They also diagnosed an oil leak that the Volkswagen dealer in town could not find. Thank you once again and looking forward doing business in the future.

I can’t comment on their mechanic skills, but they are very nice people and helpful. I was visiting Las Vegas and my rental car broken into and quite a few items stolen. 3 weeks later, one of the employees found my keys along the road outside of their shop. They took the time to scan my tile and send a message to me. I offered to pay to have them shipped to me, they refused to have me pay and sent them to me. Thanks Travis!
