The team was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and quickly identified the issues and expedited the repairs. Now that I’m covering full maintenance costs instead of leasing, I especially appreciate how she always looks out for me with discounts without me ever having to ask. On my most recent visit, I came in for a standard Service B and already knew there were no loaner cars available, which I was fine with since I’ve owned multiple Mercedes and have a good sense of how long that specific service typically takes. However, due to a recall update, the timing ended up being longer than expected, and because Danielle knows I’m a busy realtor and rely on my car, she kept me informed and let me skip that portion so I could pick it up the same day. What really stood out is that even though I chose to skip the recall work to avoid leaving my car overnight, she still found a way to overdeliver. When I came back, she had secured a loaner for me anyway, and it was a really nice one too!! I never asked for it, but she understood my situation and went above and beyond, which is exactly why I trust her every time.

He consistently takes care of everything quickly, efficiently, and with complete transparency throughout the process. When my rear window was broken during a break-in, he acted fast to make sure an OEM replacement window was ordered and installed, and he made sure every glass shard was thoroughly vacuumed out of my vehicle. Most recently, I brought my car in to have a plastic window trim repaired, and once again he had everything taken care of quickly and hassle-free. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are the reasons I continue coming back. I highly recommend working with LaRoyne if you need your vehicle serviced.
