I had my Nissan serviced at Zip Zap Auto on Durango. Richard was very helpful with getting me scheduled and being upfront about what the repair costs would be. I feel like the management stays on top of things and cares about the customer experience. The location itself is very accommodating. The lobby is very clean and nicely furnished. I would feel very confident recommending Zip Zap Auto to anyone who is looking for auto repairs.
View on GoogleSo let’s talk about my overall experience with flat rate mechanix! I am going to say they are the best. Let’s get to what I am about to say, Susan!!!!! Is the best!!! She made me feel like I was talking to my best friend. She was on point all of the time and communicated the whole way to the end of me getting my truck back. I have a chev suburban I took it to flat rate. Off the bat she told me that my transmission went out she contacted me to let me know that she reached out to my warranty company and she states everything that the warranty company told her. I had another issue with my truck and same thing, Susan is phenomenal, she communicates so well and she is highly professional. She is dope and I most definitely can tell that shakes sure that the customers are taken care of and I am so appreciative of her foreal!! It’s been hard lately and life been trying bro kick my ass but I am glad that great wonderful people like Susan still do exists and God is going to bless her 10fold because she treats her customers wonderful. I love how she has made me laugh through my truck situation she is a phenomenal woman and thanks girl once again you are a dope individual. 🫶🏽🙌🏽💪🏽🤏🏾😊
View on GoogleShop fixed my engine light issue. Was a little pricey, but well worth it. As a full time Uber driver they had my car up and running within 5 hours. Service was done in November, and no issues with vehicle since then. People are always friendly & honest at the front desks

I went to Flat-Rate Mechanix for my 20,000‑mile maintenance on my hybrid, but the service ticket on my windshield and receipt were issued under Quantum Mechanics. The service itself was excellent, and the team seemed thorough with the inspections and maintenance. My only concern is that the charges for some of the inspections felt a bit high. However, they did appear to complete everything listed and took good care of my vehicle. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider returning
