My vehicle was damaged from a car accident. Both doors had to be replaced. Karina was awesome! She was very helpful and explained everything. The entire team seems to be pretty knowledgeable and do a great job. The turn around time was very reasonable and they keep you informed a few times a week by text. I love the turnout of the condition of my car. It looks amazing! If you are in need of vehicle body repair, I highly recommend Fix Auto.

A friend of mine had a lifted truck that got hit and the shops that his insurance recommended refused to touch it due to the aftermarket parts. We ended up taking it to this shop based off a recommendation. We mostly worked with Karina and had an amazing experience with her. The truck’s color match was perfect, repair was perfect and all in a timely matter with no problems. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this shop through Allstate after an accident, and this has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences I’ve had with any repair shop. I left my car in their care with personal belongings inside, including multiple Hello Kitty items (AC vent clips, headrest covers, plushies, etc.), a pouch with essentials such as bandages, nail clippers, hand sanitizer, pens, lighters, etc., and a pair of sunglasses stored in my glove box, and my wheel lock key. When I picked up my car, every single one of those items was gone — around $600 total — with absolutely no signs of forced entry or break-ins. So explain how that happens. I immediately reported the issue. An employee, Marshall, acknowledged that it was weird that all of these items had disappeared as there are no signs of break-ins and agreed to reimburse me and requested an itemized invoice of everything missing, which I provided. I also set a clear two-week deadline for payment. (For the wheel lock key they stated they ordered it to replace it.) On the day of that deadline, I went in person expecting to receive the reimbursement, but I was told they could not provide it and was told someone named Anthony would call me in two days. Throughout this entire process, I was the one consistently reaching out—calling, coming in person, and following up to get updates. Anthony did eventually call me, but instead of honoring what had been agreed to, he repeatedly brought up that I signed a form stating they are not responsible for lost or stolen items, while also saying they would only consider a partial reimbursement as a courtesy. During the call, he also shifted the focus onto why I left valuables in the vehicle. I understand that point, but nothing valuable was visible in the car — the sunglasses were in the glove box and the pouch was in the middle console and the rest were interior decorations. He kept emphasizing that I left “valuables” in the car, which felt like shifting blame away from the fact that the items disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. He also kept emphasizing that he trusts his employees, talked about his strict hiring process and only hires based on “good energy/vibes,” and told me not to accuse anyone because he “personally knows” his workers. He also suggested it was “probably a homeless person,” despite there being no signs of forced entry or break-ins and the vehicle being parked in their controlled work area. There are no cameras covering the back where the cars are actually worked on. Marshall stated he checked the front-facing cameras and said there was nothing suspicious. That leaves two possibilities: either someone with access to my vehicle took the items, or the vehicle was left unsecured long enough for someone to enter and remove multiple items. Either way, this happened while the vehicle was in their possession. What makes this upsetting is that they initially agreed to reimburse me after acknowledging the situation and requesting my invoice, then delayed payment on the deadline itself and shifted to relying on a liability waiver while still only offering partial reimbursement instead of resolving the issue as agreed. At this point, I’m handling this formally. Do yourself a favor and remove EVERYTHING from your car before leaving it here, because if something goes missing, don’t expect them to take responsibility. Or better yet, go to another shop.

A guy who didn't know how to look behind him backed into me in a parking lot. My insurance pointed me to Fix Auto. They were courteous and were willing to help me out. Very good communication and the car is now in fine shape. So why only 4 stars? Well, attention to detail. They didn't check out the back up camera. It wasn't properly connected and didn't work. Luckily it was a quick fix, but they should have caught that before I got word that the car was ready.

USAA tried to make my repairs as difficult as possible, but Fix Auto was absolutely amazing for their part. Marshall was very friendly and excellent at communicating where my car was throughout the process. Hopefully, I won't be needing repairs again, but if ever I do, I will be returning. Highly recommend the Fix Auto team!
