Came as a recommendation from another automotive shop since they were unable to help me. Friendly nice service, I was told upfront of the $80 price for them to check why my evap system. After performing the smoke test it was shown to be just a gas cap issue.. which I kinda already thought it was. My option was to pay the $80 and then go buy a gas cap myself or pay them 40+ for them to order the gas cap and put it on. I went with option#2, and was done within 30 minutes. After getting my receipt the cap was only $12 and the rest of the chargers was for them to put it on🙄. I feel either way I was played but whatever. Clean office, short wait time and helpful workers.

So far great! Needed work on an aftermarket exhaust system that triggered a dashboard notification. I had misplaced the original paperwork installed by a different company but Evolved Automotive. Above and beyond securing the warranty information from the initial installer and I'm now just awaiting for its replacement. Stay tuned.

My husband and I are so very pleased that we found Evolved Automotive!! Took a chance on this shop due to the good reviews we seen here on Google and the reviews don’t lie! William went above and beyond to work with us in every way possible, from pricing to being honest throughout the whole process. We cannot thank Evolved Auto enough for fixing a long list of issues we brought to them, leaving our Escalade in better condition than we delivered it to them. This shop is honest and I trust that they made my nightmare of a vehicle turn into a reliable truck that I can be proud and happy to own again, knowing I will now have a piece of mind that it will not only be safe for my kids and I but should last for years to come. I think Evolved Auto is in the best category! They not only told me what was wrong , but they showed me the defective parts.
