Took my car in for a service and have been a return customer since. They are very reasonably priced and used OEM parts instead of the cheap amazon stuff like a previous shop I went to. They went above and beyond to help me get back on the road, even gave me a ride to and from the shop. Super stoked to have a shop with quality I can trust instead of an overpriced dealership that treats you like a number.

We used EMC as a meeting point in order to inspect my vehicle after a fire and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. First, they were very welcoming to our party of 5, coming from all over the country. We had a dedicated mechanic on site to answer questions during our visit and he was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions with confidence and clear explanations. My attorney wanted to replace a part for further inspection and EMC was able to get it delivered and installed on spur of the moment so I wouldn't have to make another 4 hour round trip to have this done, which was enormously helpful, especially without notice. They have a charming gentleman who provided courtesy drop off and pick up while the part was being replaced and he took me to a pub where I could relax and have lunch. By the time I returned, my car was ready to go home. The owner couldn't have been nicer in keeping me informed about everything, including my pick up after lunch. Everyone was very kind and helpful, considering our unique visit. They also ha e a comfortable waiting area with snacks, coffee and water along with a TV tuned to the local news. My only complaint is that while there was a bed and treats visible, I didn't see the pup who owned them. Would have been fun to play with him/her if allowed! 😀

**Title: Avoid European Motor Cars: A Costly Mistake** I had the misfortune of trusting European Motor Cars with my vehicle, and I deeply regret it. After shelling out thousands for a front and rear brake job, I thought I was finally in the clear. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of my problems. Initially, they had to warranty and replace the front brakes due to what can only be described as faulty, cheap parts. I figured that would be the end of my troubles, but soon after, the rear brakes started grinding. When I took my car back to them, they had the audacity to quote me over $1400 for yet another replacement of the rear brakes and rotors. I consulted multiple mechanics, and the consensus was clear: rotors shouldn't fail this quickly unless there was a significant installation issue or, again, subpar aftermarket products were used. It's baffling how a reputable shop can continue to operate with such blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson: do not waste your money with this company. You'll likely find yourself returning multiple times for issues they claim to have fixed, only to be met with excuses and blame shifted onto you. Save yourself the hassle and frustration, look elsewhere for your automotive needs.

I needed my brakes changed so I called and scheduled an appointment. I spoke with Shelina who is very knowledgeable, great with communication and personable. Instead of waiting I used their courtesy shuttle to be driven to work and picked up! My brakes were completed and I was informed of another issue I was completely unaware of that they found during my inspection. She told me the time frame and importance of what needed done and we scheduled the appointment for the fix for the following week. Now my cars in tip top shape and will be coming back here for my routine appointments. And to add a free car wash! Came out looking and driving like a new car. Customer for life

Jose Guerrero is a very nice service advisor. He is accessible when you need him, and is thorough in trying to correct issues with your vehicle in a cost effective manner. He has everything fully diagnosed, and goes the extra mile to attempt to have you save on repairs rather than "just install new everything" like a dealer would. I would be glad to return to this shop to handle any items not required to be performed a dealer specific shop.
