I came down to Vegas from Utah for a medical appointment with the VA. Unfortunately, the fuel pump in my BMW overheated on the way home. When I brought it in, Josh made sure I was taken care of, especially since I was from out of town. The technician found the issue and had me on the road in no time. I love this place! I have a 2023 Range Rover 7-seater, and my son managed to wrap the third-row seatbelts around the second-row headrest. The Range Rover dealership quoted me $700+ because they said the seats needed to be removed. I wanted a second opinion, so I stopped by here. Josh took a look, removed a bolt from the seatbelt, and fixed it so quickly. He also made sure everything was working exactly as it should—and didn’t charge me anything for the service. From my experience, this place is truly genuine, efficient, and detail-oriented. They really care about doing things the right way. I’ve now booked my brake check here, and I’m so happy to have found a place I can trust to take good care of my car. Thank you!

I finally got a chance to leave a review for European House For Imports as I feel it’s important to share an insight for good local businesses in Summerlin. I live outside of Las Vegas, about two hours one way, and I don’t mind the drive because I know my vehicle is always in good hands there. It’s not always easy finding a good import shop that is able to work on Land Rovers, but European House For Imports knows exactly how to work on these beasts and what they require. Josh and Michelle will take care of you in the office and the technician that serviced my vehicle, Kasey, is super knowledgeable as I was impressed with his experience with Land Rovers. They are very knowledgeable about service warranty contracts and work directly with the warranty company, making things so much easier for their clients. Another important point to make here is that Josh and Michelle will advocate on your behalf to make sure the best quality parts are being used while your car is with them. They won’t use junk parts that many warrant companies want to use to save themselves money, European House For Imports knows what your import vehicle needs and won’t settle for anything less, so it felt really good to know they were really advocating hard on my behalf with my warranty company, which agreed to install only quality parts. Another detail that I was really impressed with was the size of their garage, as I believe they can have 12 vehicles inside their work bay at any given time, perhaps more as it is quite large. If you live in Summerlin or are looking for a really good shop for your import in the Las Vegas area, you really should give these folks a try as they do take care of you and your vehicle while it is being serviced. Working with this local business leaves you feeling that you part of their family.

This was my first visit to European House for Imports. Boy what a refreshing change from the BMW dealership. Michelle checked me in immediately and had me sign the work order. I was out the door in 5 minutes. At the dealer I would have sat around for 15 minutes waiting for a writer. Then I would be faced with the usual up sell nonsense. Not here. The work was done and Michelle called me to let me the work was completed. How nice is that.... Usually, I am chasing down someone at the dealership to find out the status of my car. Will be going back when I need further maintenance. Thanks for your work!
