If you're looking for the "one stop" shop that does it all, and I mean ALL! You only need to make one call. SJ and Mo down at Elite are total Rockstars, their customer service is second to none! We were having a little steering vibration in our Bentley GT , so we dropped the car off to SJ, he stripped rims down, road force balanced them, re-weighted, and then powder coated. The car looks and drives amazing! I've seen alot of auto shops over the years, but this one is over the top nice! Thanks guys.

I've been a customer of Elite Audio since they had that small shop off Trop and Decatur. Back when Mo and Jay actually interacted with the customers. Now, it seems like corporate greed has gotten the best of Jay, Mo and Elite Audio. They moved into a much bigger space on Decatur. My assumption is they have to pay the higher rent which in return means higher prices for the clients. I've purchased maybe 5-6 sets of wheels and tires from Elite in the past. I was doing research online and found a set of wheels and tires I wanted for my vehicle. I reached out to the manufacturer and was directed to Vegas Audio & Customs as an authorized dealer. They are across town so I called and was quoted a price from George. Since I've dealt with Jay and Elite Audio In the past I decided to go down and request a quote. I walked in and went straight to Mo asking for a quote on wheels and tires. He told me their wheel guy would be right with me. I stood there for about 15-20 minutes while their wheel guy worked on the computer. Mo was just cleaning behind the counter. Finally he asked what I needed. I explained what I was looking for. He made his phone calls and quoted me nearly $500 more for the exact same wheels Vegas Audio did. Jay was not present and Mo must have been assigned clean up duties cause even tho their wheel guy was busy he didn't try to assist me while I was the only customer in their lobby. Customer service has also seemed to have taken a huge hit along with moving to the new shop. The last time I visited this shop, Mo and Jay both greeted me and assisted me in placing an order for wheels and tires. Now, those days are behind the client's. Now, you must deal with the specific employee in charge of each product. Not everyone will visit your shop willing to drop $10-$20k but every customer should be treated with the same respect. Customer loyalty should mean something to your company. With all the shops in Las Vegas if a customer chooses to return to your business that's saying a lot. This type of business practice can easily lose loyal customers and money. Just my opinion.

Biggest thanks to Moe for taking the chance on me and helping me get my audio system started. I was in a pinch no thanks to my impulsiveness and they were able to get my amplifier powered in the next hour with professional cable management. Was able to do the rest and hear my subs for the first time the same day.
