We went to take our 2015 Chevrolet silverado for a catalytic problem to this El Poblano Muffler Shop, the guy at the shop changed two catalytics the first time then we have to take the truck back because of a catalytic leak, after that we have have to take the truck back because they messed up the sensors, after all, they take off one of the catalytics because the guy told my husband that the truck doesn't need it, the truck always was with the check engine light on and was giving more codes, my husband call them again and they say that the warranty was expired, my husband ended up charging all the catalytics by himself because the one's they install it never works on our truck besides the one they steal from our the truck. Our truck needs the california emission catalytics and the guy just put two different ones and keep the other one.

I was referred to this shop by Damien at Simple Auto. Someone tried to cut my catalytic converter. (Apparently this is a common theft). Carlos welded and repaired very fast and professionally. I recommend this shop to anyone for their fantastic customer service.
