Don's D.I. Auto and Truck Service

I brought my 2019 Kia Niro EV in for an A/C issue and an inverter coolant warning. Paul and the team were professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. They found my A/C refrigerant was nearly empty, recharged the system, added dye for future leak detection, and had me leaving with cold 🥶 air again in the middle of a Las Vegas heat wave. 🥵 Their waiting room was clean, has comfy couches, tv & remote control access, and refrigerated waters. What impressed me most was their honesty. They showed me my dirty cabin air filter but actually recommended I buy one cheaper elsewhere to save money. They also answered all my questions and stood behind their work if the refrigerant leaks back out. It’s hard to find a shop that treats customers fairly and communicates clearly. They definitely operate by their motto: “Fair Prices, Honest Repairs.” I will absolutely keep Don’s D.I. Auto & Truck Service saved in my phone for future repairs and skip the dealership service department any day!! Thank you so much, guys! 🩵☺️

I was traveling through Las Vegas with my motorhome towing my jeep that i've been having problems with (cutting out and missing) and I wanted to get it fixed before I got to my final destination, not knowing where I'd have it fixed at that point. The RV park I stayed at was right next door to Don's D. I. auto and truck service. I call them with hopes that maybe, possibly.I would have a chance to get it fixed while I was there for 3 or four days. Talking to paul the service writer, I told him the urgency that I needed. And he said to bring it by in the morning, and he would try and squeeze me in, he had a full schedule, but he would try. I dropped it off at 10 and at 4:30. It was fixed. And at a price of half of what I was expecting. I would recommend Don's D.I. Auto and truck service over and over again. Thank you Paul and team.

Dons D.I. Auto was a godsend. I brought my 1994 motorhome in to have the faulty brakes hydraulic system fixed and the radiator replaced. The ford dealerships in town would even look at it because of the age of the chassis. The team at Dons D.I. were, kind helpful, and communicative. Paul was patient setting up the service and explained everything in detail. I work on vehicles in my spare time, so I understand the repair process, and knew what to expect as far as parts and labor, but just haven’t had the time to get this project done. They were clear about what to expect and everything was repaired better than new and in a timely matter. I will be back if there is any need for repairs on any vehicle I have in the future.

If you're fortunate enough to read this post consider yourself blessed! They are hands down the best in the business and I've dealt with tons of mechanics in my day. They are honest straightforward with very fair pricing and never try to upsell you or recommend unnecessary problems just to take money from you. In this town good mechanics are as rare as finding $100 bill on the ground lol. Just know if you go with Don's you are in great hands!!

Paul and his crew are top notch. My 2017 Ram 2500 transmission decided to self destructive. Pauls qoute was thousands less than other shops for a brand new transmission with upgrades plus a 2 year warranty. It was in and out in less than 2 weeks. Runs great and Don's will now be my gonto shop.
