Doc Auto Repairs has been one of the most reliable shops I’ve ever used. Their quality of work and speed of service are both outstanding — they get things done quickly without cutting corners. I’ve never once been upsold or pressured into doing work early just to spend more money. It’s not the fanciest shop visually, but it’s easily one of the most deliberate, trustworthy, and straightforward places I’ve taken a car — honestly reminds me of the family-run shops back in California that really take pride in their reputation. Dominic is also fantastic — a great communicator and always welcoming when he’s up front. You feel informed and comfortable the whole time. View on GoogleI've had plenty of work done on my cars here, with most work done on my 2017 Honda Odyssey starting with a steering rack replacement, engine mount, timing belt and spark plugs then a harmonic balancer was replaced with sway bar links. Most recently had my valve covers replaced with valve adjustment for preventive maintenance and lastly control arms and trailing arms with all reasonable priced and majority of it has been quality work. My 2008 honda accord has had a timing belt and a couple of small maintenance jobs like alternator and fluid changes about 3 years ago so I've been here before and will most likely come back here for more work if needed.

They helped me arrange a tow, and worked quickly to troubleshoot my issue knowing I was at a nearby hotel. I received a phone call a couple hours later with a diagnosis and a repair plan. Communications were clear and direct with videos and photos to support what they found. Their prices were exactly what I expected and not inflated because they could. The integrity of the shop was visible with every interaction. Thank you, for getting me back on the road guys!
View on GoogleI needed to have my LED lights on my 2021 Ford F-150 replaced. They jacked up the truck and within 15 minutes I was in & out. All the employees were very helpful and had great customer service. The lobby waiting area was clean and they had a TV & vending machine. Any future car repairs I'll definitely bring my business to them and recommend an honest repair shop.
