I called Discount Auto Repair one afternoon to ask for a quote on how much they would charge to replace the front passenger caliper on my 2023 Nissan Sentra. After his math on labor and materials cost he quoted me upfront about $380. Rudy quoted me literally, LITERALLY 8x LESS than what Ted Weins quoted me. Ted Weins told me I needed to replace both front calipers and other parts of each front side. I questioned it but they told me it was their "policy." They quoted me a total of $3,000. With Discount Auto Repair I was able to finance the cost of only the passenger's caliper, which was the only thing I needed, and financing was exactly what I needed at the time for paying. It was such a smooth process with this shop. Rudy is an honest business man and mechanic and even recommended tips to me on acquiring materials for the job beforehand. He even helped me out by keeping the business open an hour after closing one day when I was running late. He genuinely cares about his customers and it shows. He told me my car would be ready by the end of the week and it was. Very reliable shop. Great business. This is how it should be done!!!! Thank you.

Literally the most trustworthy mechanic I’ve met in my life. My car’s transmission stopped working one day into my cross country road trip, and Danny the manager went above and beyond in making sure my car was ready to hit the road as quickly as possible, in a good condition and at a good price. Whatever you do avoid the stealership big brands who will charge you much more for doing much less. Go to discount auto repair instead and you’ll be taken care of

Thank you for looking at my Jeep, correcting the problem and getting me back on the road. I love that unlike many shops the manager seems to actually care about his customers and sees them as more than just being money. He fixed my o2 sensors which is what brought me in originally and than pointed out a bunch of other issues I wasnt aware of and worked with me on getting all done even tho I really didnt have much money. I also love the fact that he reassembled my exhaust after the mobile mechanic from lasvegasmobilemechanics left me hanging. Thanks for an awesome experience.

This was the only place I've brought my car for the past two years, and now I will never return, and I will also stop sending customers here. I have sent numerous people to this business but at this point I hope none of them go. I asked for a tune up,I was told that there was a diagnostic fee of 140$, which is already excessively high, then was told if it wasn't the tune up I needed that the diagnostic fee was ON TOP of the cost of the car, and that it doesn't go towards the fix. When I called back to question that double dipping practice DANNY, kept cutting me off, had a smart ass mouth, which I have zero tolerance for and defended his double dipping. DON'T EVER COME TO THIS BUSINESS AS THEY ARE NO LONGER ETHICAL! Update: I got my car fixed for 258$ for a tune up at Autoxperts on Silverado ranch near Pollock. They are very honest and only charge a 99$ diagnostic fee which goes towards the cost of the car. If you want ethical people go there if you want your diagnostic fee to go towards fixing your car.
