I can’t say enough good things about Desert Oasis European Auto Repair. They replaced my engine in my 2021 Mercedes Benz c300, and my car has been performing amazing ever since. It’s running great, getting excellent gas mileage, and I haven’t had a single issue.
Huge thank you to Armando, Anthony, and the entire team. Everyone was pleasant, reassuring, and truly professional. They always answered my calls, took the time to explain everything, and answered all my questions to the best of their ability, which really put my mind at ease.

View on GoogleI think I found me a home for both my 2023 BMW 540i and my 2025 Porsche Cayenne. I think it was Bill who I spoke with on the phone. I asked Bill what it would cost to have my battery checked. He quoted me $42. To his credit, that is what the shop ended up charging me. A female manager, who I believe is named Shelina, was helpful. She allowed me to see the results from the battery tester. See below. Something so simple, but appreciated. Thank you Desert Oasis. You'll be seeing me again.

Since I was back in San Diego, I searched online for a reputable repair shop and found Desert Oasis, which had outstanding reviews. After our experience, I can certainly see why.
My wife brought the vehicle in, and the team quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed water pump. Despite a busy schedule, Desert Oasis was able to complete the repair within just a couple of days, allowing my wife to keep her planned departure on Friday. In fact, they finished the work ahead of schedule and had the car ready the afternoon before.
A special thank you to Diane for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from drop-off to pickup. She even arranged Uber transportation for my wife on both days, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.
The entire team at Desert Oasis was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. Their outstanding service not only got the car repaired quickly but also saved my wife’s Las Vegas vacation.
