My fiance and I were heading to California from Colorado and our alternator went out on us and we got stuck in las vegas on the way. My fiance called crown motors and talked to a very nice man on the phone. We were in a pinch and didn't have alot of money but the nice man can hear how stressed we were and was nice enough to work out a great deal and was able to get a mechanic there in 30-45 minutes. Chris was our mechanic he was awesome and fast! Got right to the point, great work for great prices and very friendly! We were able to get back on the road and make it to california and they even texted us in the morning to make sure we made it out safley! Would definitely recommend going to them if your in a pinch and don't want to pay a lot of money or wait 4 hours for someone to help you. We appreciate you guys so much you don't even know !!!

Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 Time 4:30 pm I was supposed to have them come out to look at my car. 1st text message was at 2:49pm he will let me know the ETA 2nd text was at 3:53pm. An hour between texts messages While I'm writing this review, I still have not heard from them! I wished that I could upload the text messages 😕 Omg! I had to keep in contact with them to get a response! The only good thing about it was they didn't charge me for doing the inspection!
View on GoogleVery honest and reputable shop. They could have fleeced me for thousands on a timing chain replacement, but they advised me against having the work done, given the car’s age and value. Will definitely deal with these guys again in the future.

View on GoogleAbsolutely horrendous businesses, I wish I could give less stars than 1. I had them do a pre purchase inspection on a corvette as I live out of state and couldn’t see it. I paid $250 for them to supposedly go through the car top to bottom. They said the car was perfect with absolutely no issues. As soon as the vehicle was delivered to me in Washington the car was making a ticking noise and not shifting correctly. By the time I’d driven it 10 miles to my mechanic the trans wouldn’t shift into gear. I paid $10k for a new trans and when they reflashed the trans tune they said the car had been misfiring the whole time and was knocking. It had a broken valve retainer which sent a valve into the piston and destroyed the block. New engine and new transmission before I had the car for a day. On top of all that I called to speak with the owner/ manager and he initially said he would look into it and get back to me the next day and he did not. I have left 5 voicemails over the last 2 weeks and have gotten no response. Horrible horrible business and at this rate I will be pursuing legal action.
