Came in on Saturday and needed to order tires. They came in Monday afternoon and I called Tuesday morning. First available was today (Wednesday ) at 10:45. Arrived early and had to wait while they were helping other customers. On Saturday she said to allow 45 minutes for replacing all 4 tires. At drop off this tech said I needed to allow 45 - 60 minutes. Ate, shopped and came back after an hour. Saw one of the techs and she said it would be ready in 15 - 20 more minutes. This means they took other walk ins ahead of my scheduled appointment. I will say the tech Courtney who helped us on Saturday was very knowledgeable, patient , thorough and attentive. My rating deduction is for not being timely in pulling my vehicle back and working on it in the time promised. And nowhere to sit and wait now as it’s lunchtime at Costco!!! Ugh - they just came out and told me they broke a sensor and now they have to order a new one which they will replace for free - and 90 minutes later I’m still here. Just changed my review from a 3 to a 2. I have to come back here for them to fix but we are definitely now getting new tires for our truck somewhere else!
