My friend decided to show me how easy it might be to get my front power outlet working again by checking my fuseboxes...and of course rendered my car inoperable... Whenever I finally pulled myself together and started looking for a shop I would feel alright with working on my car.. I got a message from a guy who recommended carslv.. Their facility is the nicest independent repair shop I have ever been in...almost so nice that I would've just assumed that I could not afford it or that the wait for an appointment would be too long... They had my car in fixed and ready to go in the same day... And the price was more reasonable than I expected. I will definitely be back in the future and not just when my car breaks ...but for those little things I want to do for my car ...like a suspension project or maybe some lighted aluminum doorsills..or a sport exhaust...or cold air intake

I was on a road trip from Seattle to Phoenix and planned to stop in Vegas for the night when, about 100 miles out, my check engine light came on and I discovered an issue with my turbo. Needless to say, I was stressed and worried I wouldn’t make it. I gave Cars NV a call, and from the very first moment they answered, they were nothing but welcoming and enthusiastic—even though I was going to show up right at the end of their business hours. Instead of brushing me off, they told me to come in and welcomed me with open arms. Once I arrived, they got right to work, diagnosed the issue, and had me fixed up in no time. Not only was the repair done quickly and efficiently, but the pricing was more than fair—especially for being in a pinch on the road. What really stood out, though, was how genuine, honest, and caring they were. They treated me like family, made sure I was comfortable, and even sent me off with well wishes for the rest of my travels. I can’t thank them enough for turning what could have been a trip-ruining disaster into just a small hiccup. Cars NV is the kind of shop you dream of finding—trustworthy, skilled, and full of heart.
