Professional service and not from a millennial. This young man named Richard I can’t say enough about him. Going through difficult times as I’m sure a lot of us are and just when u almost give up hope…It’s unbelievable how a simple act of kindness can restore your faith in humanity. View on GoogleFirst thing I noticed was how clean the waiting room was I felt like I was in a high end Dealership with complimentary coffee and drinks. I thought my car had major mechanical issues but he called me and told me it was a simple fix and I ended up paying a quarter of the estimate. He took the time to show me what was wrong and gave me good advice. I thank them for their honesty, fair pricing, clear communication, and quality work and fast service. I appreciate the staff's professionalism and knowledge. Its nice to see an honest mechanic especially here in Las Vegas. Busy Buggy will definitely be my go to auto repair shop.

Brought my truck for a persistent check engine light, told them it wasn't the sensor, they insisted, "fixed" it, light came back in a mile. This location on Spring Mountain is different owner than the Tropicana one. Avoid. Asked for other repair they didn't seem to want to help. So....!

The shop is well kept, very clean for an auto repair shop, comlimemtary refreshments, had live futball game on the flat screen, chargers for your mobile devices and free wifi. Big shout out to Richard with the great customer service. The price was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. No surprise hidden fees. No unnecessary up sales. The mechanics finished the job quick. I was in and out the shop in less than an hour.
