Terrible experience at Busy Boots Automotive. The service we received was extremely poor, mainly because of an employee named Jimy. He was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, he made the situation more stressful with his attitude and lack of respect. There was no proper explanation, no customer care, and no willingness to listen. Being treated this way is unacceptable, especially at an automotive shop where professionalism and clear communication are critical. Because of this experience, I will never return and do not recommend Busy Boots Automotive to anyone looking for decent service in Las Vegas. Thank you for your response and for clarifying. I would like to note that during our visit to your Flamingo and Durango location, we were given a business card by your staff, and the name mentioned in the review was the name provided to us by the employee working at the office that day. My intention was not to misidentify anyone, but to honestly describe our experience at your location. We went to Busy Boots to have several items fixed, on my 2015 Honda Pilot, timing belt tension & water pump and coolant flush. The estimate was fair for the parts labor and job that had to be done. Fernando worked with us on the bill and reduced it by almost $200. The job was completed on time runs great and my car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. I did not wait there for my car, however if you need to wait for services you are in for a treat. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and fully stocked with cold drinks, Keurig coffee, snacks cookies and even Ice cream bars. This is by far the best Auto shop experience I have ever had in Las Vegas and I have been here for 35 years. Do yourself a favor and go here first, you will be pleasantly surprised.

View on GoogleIt's too expensive, but they are super nice and the waiting area is so great! They have a comfy couch, coffee, snacks, tv, etc. I was quoted around $1000 to fix my radiator, and ended up going someplace else and getting it done for $180, so it's not for people on a tight budget. If their prices were lower I would recommend this place to everyone. For now I will just only recommend it to my rich friends.
