What's with all the bad reviews? I had an AC compressor go out on my Lexus SUV, I called Jorge in the morning, and he arrived a couple of hours later. He diagnosed the problem, I got the parts needed, and he had my AC blowing ice cold that afternoon. He's a no nonsense guy who doesn't like to chat while he is working, but I'd call him again in a heartbeat for service.
View on GoogleThis guy has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered for a person working in the service industry!!! He calls me 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm i would be there exactly at the appointment time. I told him yes at that time but not earlier because I’m waiting on the groomer to pick up my dog. The groomer calls at 1 pm. At 1:10 he hasn’t made it so I called and asked if I could go grab my dog because she done and the groomer is down the street. He stated he could have scheduled another job but mind you he hadn’t made it to my house yet. It literally took me 10 minutes I pulled up and he wasn’t at my house, so I called. He said he was on a tight schedule and left. If offered me an appointment the following day that I declined. This is where I went wrong. Fast forward to three days I thought I would try again because I was home for the day. He didn’t show up on time. About 40 minutes into the appointment time we spoke and I mentioned his tardiness and the past experience. He told me times have changed and he’s in charge. I wait on him but he doesn’t wait on me. He could show up when he wanted if I want the service! Point proven below! Please look at the other reviews to see the consistency.

I tried to ask if he done a diagnosis before to bmw because hes review says he only done 9 and he flat out gave me disrespect and says hes been doing it 20 plus but only have 9 car diagnosis review that are not good. Work with this guy at your own risk
View on GoogleAmazing work! We recently moved to Nevada and needed some work to be done on our car. Gave this guy a call he was on it and came out the next day to our home and got our brakes changed and oil change in a flash! Thank you!!!!
View on GoogleLuis is a no-nonsense kind of guy. He showed up on time, within an hour of me calling. He did the job very quickly and at the best price I could find. I had my front brakes, rotors, and brake pad sensors, on my Mercedes roadster, replaced. Pretty awesome when a mechanic can come to you, and still beat everyone else’s prices. Note: I did pay more than $39.99 for the brake job, which I saw advertised on Craigslist, but we agreed on a price over the phone, and having bought the brakes and rotors myself, the extra charge was completely fair and reasonable. Update June 2021: I had Luis do my rear rotors, brakes and an oil change. Same great service and price!
