They did a fantastic job servicing my transmission for my 22 Escalade, they were very professional. I will absolutely continue to get repairs done here. This is my first time here and they communicated very well and did a great job. I will just continue to use the facility for servicing vehicles
View on GoogleI own a 99 jeep wrangler! I love this thing to death and would do anything for it. Everytime I have brought it to Andrew and Charles. They treat it as if it were one of their own vehicles. Andrew even took on the challenge to help me replace my driver side seat! They did what Jim marsh hasn’t!
View on GoogleFirst, been here before, got great service on my brakes and oil before. They were quick and very helpful. Today I made an appt for oil change at 9:30am and they said they expected 30min. When arriving today it was a different story. The gentleman asked twice if I was dropping it off and said no, just an oil change and staying here, no way for a ride. He then said he had only two technicians working and two cars before me. Said it would be at least 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change. Wished they communicated better on this time frame and more transparent.

View on GoogleCustomers BEWARE. Went into this place to get an idea for transmission fluid change. First thing i noticed is there are no price listings other than oil. He asked for make and model, and this guy with glasses didnt touch a computer. He said "hum, about $383.00. Unless this guy knows the cost of everything, and photographic member i dont see hownhe knew. I ran into shops like this with nothing listed. They often make up prices. Then there is the "about" word. I didnt request an "about" but rather than a quote for transmission fluid change. By the way, that quote is more than planet Nissan dealership charge. Didnt touch anything didnt verify anything, just an "about" $383.00. Why are you the only mechanic shop with NO PRICES listed? Seems shady and I will address this concern with thier corporate office. I would NOT recommend this shop to ANYONE due to what appears to be some type of shenanigans going on. I am also going to make a complaint to the city of North Las Vegas and small businesses department. Grossly over price compared to dealership. It has been my experience that customers look for better deals since dealership cost so much. Apparently no this location. They are $97 more than planet Nissan, and they do a 70/30 for that over grotesque pricing. Went to the other three shops in area (including 1 small shop) and they all were $250-$325. Go to their competition who area all in that area , jiffy, tireworks, Firestone, AA Auto Care, etc before being ripped off by this place.
