I would definitely recommend never using this shop. I had an estimate done on my car at which point I was quoted a particular amount and approved for financing. It was cheaper for me to order the parts from a third party and once those arrived I made an appointment to have the vehicle serviced at which point I confirmed that the original quote was still honorable and that the financing was still available. They confirmed with me the day before the appointment that those things were available and still in the system. I also had a verbal quote on an additional service where I was told the labor would be 2.3 hours, however upon arriving they acted as if they didn't have either" not the one I had printed out in front of me nor the one they'd given me over the phone. The financing was also deleted from the system. They then changed the 2.3 hours to 6 hours of Labor at which point Cadillac confirmed it was a 2.3-hour job and Cassidy became very upset saying he would just make it work. However, he decided to not do the work and made up a bogus story about The car having rust and not being able to be put on the lift. However the car has been put on a lift at three other stops for estimates in the recent past and none of them ever said that. Rather than to call me and tell me that they're not going to complete the work, they decided to leave the car sit for the 5 hours it was supposed to be worked on and wait for me to come back. They tell me that they refused to do the work and claimed that they had called me three or four times. However, they had not. I gave them The number they should have been calling and they changed a few of the numbers to pretend as if they took it down wrong. They have caller ID and aside from that it is their responsibility as a customer service manager to take the correct information down properly. I also had a new battery service request at which point that was what they told me the delay was on working on the car was that they were going to wait for the battery to get there. I go out to look at my vehicle and find that the battery they put in the car had a sticker that said it should have been sent back and off the shelf as of March of this year. They expected me to pay full price for a battery that was already expired at the point of sale. They then pretended as if they gave me the battery for free when no company is going to initially order a battery and provide it to anyone for free nor would any customer want to come to purchase a new battery only to be given a battery that was expired even if it was for free. I was not looking for any handouts. I simply wanted to be treated like a respectable person and provided a brand new battery that I was willing to pay for! They claim the battery came from O'Reilly's and had a 3-year warranty. However they cannot provide me with the receipt that shows that so that I can ultimately have O'Reilly's replace the battery. The general manager is related to the actual store manager Cassidy and is completely rude. He will not do anything about the lack of customer service or responsibility of his shop, at which point it would be unsafe for anyone to conduct business with these type of individuals As there is no upper management because at any other reputable company when there's a problem in store with the way a person has handled a situation, it is supposed to always be an option to take that up with upper management. However, upper management is directly related to its store staff and offers no justice for its customers. I have recorded all of the conversations at which point they claim they did too but with the way I was being treated I can GUARANTEE they were not. Any reputable company would have simply honored the request to have another battery brought over with a sticker that shows it has life left and was not expired and allowed me to pay for the battery. However, they decided they weren't going to do that either, nor can I get the receipt so that I can have O'Reilly replace it themselves. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE IT WAS JUST DONE NOT LONG AGO GET A NEW JOB

Yes, I enjoy pulling up to this spot for my car. The gentlemen were so welcoming and nice and soooo respectful. They helped me with my car in my questions and answers were totally answered right away. Great customer service fast service !! If you’re in blue diamond Las Vegas, Nevada and you need to check up on your car this will be the place in the location to tap in ASAP and I want to give a special thank you so much too assistant manager Matt and Joseph for helping me fix my car and making my day such a beautiful moment and a beautiful experience without any delays are complaining. Everything was terrific. Thank you see you guys again. I rate this place five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ once again, thank you, Matt and thank you Joseph. God bless you guys.

I’ve had experiences with a lot of auto service locations across the Las Vegas Valley, and I can confidently say that Cassady at Brake Masters is the best store manager I’ve worked with. the crew at blue diamond were completely awesome and helpful in diagnosing my problem and getting me a quick solution to my brake issue. pricing was up front and honest and they genuinely just took great care of me and my ride. thank you!!!

I always have a good experience at this location. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Good bedside manner when they have to deliver bad news. Always reasonable when you can't afford something, no pressure. Never had the impression of dishonesty like I've experienced at many other places. Highly recommended.
