Friendly service and fair pricing. Driving past this location I saw their advertisement for 49.99 Full synthetic oil change. I thought there would be some sort of catch but there wasn't. Just tax and disposal fee. Came out to about $57 total and a new filter was included. The 49.99 Price is for the mid range Valvoline oil option which was fine with me. Not the fastest service (50 minutes with an appointment) but no one tried to upsell me on other services which was a breath of fresh air for coming to a new shop. While i was waiting another lady in the waiting area got a quote for some broken components in her vehicle and it sounded like a very fair quote to me. Honest shop. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a great experience with Brake Masters. My son’s truck needed several repairs before a long move from Las Vegas to Spokane, Washington, and the team took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and explain everything that needed attention. What impressed me most was their honesty and customer service. After completing the repairs, they discovered an O₂ sensor issue that should have been addressed during the original service. Instead of charging me additional diagnostic fees or labor, they took responsibility and replaced the sensor at no cost to me. The staff was professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. They helped give us peace of mind knowing the truck would be safe and reliable for a long-distance trip while towing a trailer. It’s hard to find businesses that stand behind their work, but Brake Masters did exactly that. I appreciate their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and will return for future vehicle service.

So happy to be back at Break Masters! I left & cheated on them because I went to Sunset Auto on Boulder Highway.😂 The business was sold & I need a home base again. The breaks and engine mount were eviscerated, on my mom’s car, pictured below. The team restored all! Runs perfectly! Also, I don’t think I’ve had so much fun in a mechanics lobby. 😜 Every one was so friendly & helpful. Rob the manager handled all with witt and grace. Matt was witty, funny, knows cars & gave great advice. He gave my 86 year old mother a 10% senior discount too, appreciated. I enjoyed my conversation with him & he’s also charming. 😆 Don’t want my review to sound like a personal ad, however if I had to be stuck waiting for a vehicle, these two men made it tolerable. Thank you for your professionalism & expertise Break Masters staff. I’ll hopefully see you later than sooner with the wonderful warranty. -Michaelle M.🚗

Honestly, this place was quick, easy, and efficient. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or forced to do more than what I asked for in an oil change. The pricing was reasonable and they do offer military discounts if applicable! Highly recommend. Staff was really kind and patient too.
