If you have ever been on the lookout for an honest, quick and well priced car repair center, this is it. Brian and his team took incredible care of my car, kept us informed the entire time and could not have been nicer. I didnt feel pressured to more than was needed and truly feel taken care of. Bonus points for being incredibly close to UNLV. Boktor has my vote, big time.

Brian made the entire process easy—super friendly, great communication, and really worked to keep costs fair. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service like this. View on GoogleBUYER BEWARE…. I was a loyal customer at this shop for years, brought in a newly purchased vehicle for an alignment and tire balance. Boktor declined to do an alignment due to recommended cv axle replacement found during inspection. I declined axle replacement, accepted tire balance and this was confirmed by phone call as usual. I picked up and paid for vehicle and one of the wheels nearly fell off due to lug nuts being over tightened snapping the studs off. Boktor informed me they had conveniently not actually done the tire balance and the wheel fell off due to failed axles. Once towed and repaired the other shop found no problems with the axles and noticed the lugs were over tightened on all wheels. Boktor insists the axles are responsible, despite the fact the shop that repaired the wheel hub said they are fine and I have had no issues since repair. They also didn’t refund the tire balance until a week and a half later after I continued reaching out and will not take responsibility and do the right thing by reimbursing me for the tow and repair to the vehicle that had been “inspected” despite “not touching the wheels”. Who knows what other work I’ve paid for they didn’t do.
View on GoogleThey use conventional oil for the complimentary service plan even for high mileage cars. Also Left a bungee cord in my wheel well after doing my brakes last year, my car kept pulling left on the highway and there it was just hanging. I didn’t know that’s how it got there until I learned how to do my own brakes recently and learned it’s used to hang the caliper. Also in Nov-Dec I got a price for labor to replace a charcoal canister, a few weeks later a different guy asked me what price I was given an proceeded to give me a way higher price (didn’t include parts cause I already had the part) found another shop that did it for $200 and this shop would’ve charged me more than double that. They at least diagnosed the original issue properly I’ll give them that. This shop inspired me to learn to do my own repairs.
